The Breton Group worked with its first library client in 1996. Since then we have worked with more than 50 Michigan public libraries, helping them secure private and/or public funding to address facility and operational needs. Nineteen of our clients have built new libraries or have renovated and expanded existing facilities.

Our library services include facility needs assessment, pre-campaign feasibility studies, capital campaigns, millage campaigns and annual giving programs. A critical component of our services is community involvement. We know that when community members are engaged in library planning and projects, they are better informed and more likely to invest their personal resources and vote “yes” to support the library.
