Sample Policies
Materials Selection/Collection Development Policies usually contain provisions for responsibility for selection, criteria for selection (including donations), criteria for weeding, and procedures for challenging library materials. If the Library has adopted ALA's Library Bill of Rights, a statement to that effect is usually included in the Policy.
