Mergent Online enables cross-border searching of company information and documents, and will produce reports in both spreadsheet-ready and publication-quality formats. The online service integrates numerous databases to facilitate text and financial searching.

• U.S. Company Data
  U.S. Company Data provides a fully searchable database of 15,000 U.S. public companies (active and inactive) listed on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ exchanges. Each company report incorporates up-to-the-minute news items.

• U.S. Company Archives
  Full business descriptions, history and financial statements for more than 4,000 companies - companies that were acquired, went bankrupt, liquidated or merged out of existence from 1995 onward.

• U.S. Annual Reports
  The U.S. Annual Reports module is fully integrated into the U.S. Company Data module. With this easy-to-use platform, U.S. Company Data customers adding the U.S. Annual Reports module to their subscriptions will immediately be able to access annual reports from within company profiles.

• International Company Data
  Data on 20,000 non-U.S. based corporations. Subscribers have immediate access to companies representing 95% of the non-U.S. global market capitalization.

• International Company Archives
  Financial information on more than 2,000 non-U.S. companies that have merged, were acquired, went bankrupt, liquidated or otherwise disappeared from 1995 forward. This module lists the firm's final balance sheets, income statements, capital structure, text descriptions of the firm's business and history, as well as its officers and directors.

• International Annual Reports
  Over 75,000 annual reports from more than 100 non-U.S. countries fully integrated into the International Company Data module.

• Institutional Holdings
